Computer-based control automatically and accurately maintain preset operating parameters, notifying the operator of any deviations, and shuts the system down if it becomes unable to maintain preset parameters or any abnormal situations occur.

UltraCoat™ Supersonic Air Fuel System

The UltraCoat™ Supersonic Air Fuel system features a user friendly touch screen user interface for ease of operation and system monitoring. Designed in accordance with ATEX safety guidelines, UltraCoat™ control system has separate gas and electrical compartments with air purging in the gas distribution cabinet. The system includes such safety features as flammable gas detectors installed in the gas distribution cabinet, and a flame sensor installed on the spray gun.
